Our floors were damaged by a leak from the dishwasher. Water somehow leaked from behind the cabinet under the sink and proceeded to go under the floors along the sub-floor. This caused the floors to expand and buckle from the sink, under the island and all the way to the family room. The repairs were covered by insurance, like a good neighbor.
