I’ve been using Lose It! on my iPhone to simply monitor how much I eat and exercise. I stick to my budget and find food I like to eat and stick to my budget. Sometimes I’m over my budget but I try to make it a rare occasion. I also make sure the food I am eating is giving me nutrition, so I skip the chips. From the 1st of the year I’ve lost nearly 14 pounds.
If the pace of the graph holds up, I should hit my goal by my birthday in May.
